The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Foxplay trades under the name of Foxplay.co.uk (our website). Foxplay owns the Foxplay.co.uk website. By accessing or using Foxplay.co.uk and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms and conditions when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
It is fully the customer’s responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions as we Foxplay reserve the right to add new terms and conditions, to remove or modify any or all terms existing terms and conditions posted on our website.

Purchasing from our website
In order to purchase from this website you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult products in your local area or country and are not offended by any adult merchandise.

Prior to then we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered.

Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will ask for your permission if we wish to use your details for any other reason and you may ask us in writing to remove your details from our system by writing to our address.

Payment
Payment is made by credit card or debit card, we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.
Price
The price shall be the price stated on the website or the catalogue (which is inclusive of VAT) if the price has changed since publication, If we have made an error, then we will inform you of the correct price and ask you if you still wish to place your order.
If after 7 days we do not have a reply from you we will presume that you did not want to place your order, if you have already paid we will issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to change any price displayed on our website without prior notice.
International orders of different currencies will be converted into UK sterling and the amount may vary due to Exchange rates from the amount displayed in your local currency.
The debit will be applied at the point at which your order is despatched.
Availability of goods
If for any reason we are unable to supply you with the goods you have ordered we will contact you as soon as is possible and will offer you the choice of other goods to the same value or a full refund.
Business Customers
All good received from Foxplay remain the property of Foxplay until payment in full has been received.
Returns
You can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund; refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.
For hygiene reasons Foxplay will under no circumstances accept returns of; creams lubricants, oils, condoms, clothing of all types including bondage equipment and costumes, adult toys or media of any type.
Certain items that have been heat sealed are unopened and are in the original condition they were delivered in may be returned.

If the goods are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and we will only issue a full refund if the goods are confirmed defective.
Please give a detailed description of the defect and return it in its original box with all manuals, and accessories. If anything is missing when the good have been returned we will be unable to issue a refund and the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Please thoroughly disinfect and clean all returned goods and package them safely.
If any goods that have been returned to us as being defective are found to be in working order, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Lingerie
Lingerie and other items of clothing for hygiene reasons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds
Your money will be refunded to the customer usually within 8 working days but according to the European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we must issue your money within 30 days from the refund agreement.
Returning goods
Before returning any goods you must inform us of your intentions by contacting us at returns@foxplay.co.uk.
The goods must qualify for return and be packaged securely.
When returning any goods the customer does so at their own risk and is liable for any or all costs involved including loss of the package.
If a package is lost when returning goods to Foxplay, Foxplay will not be held accountable or liable for any compensation or replacement of goods.

Delivery of goods
All orders will be delivered to the address given when ordering the goods.
Orders received before 4pm will be dispatched for next day delivery. Foxplay will hold no accountability for any postage delays as this is the responsibility of postage service provider.
We will deliver the goods within 14 working days, if we are unable to do so, due to manufacturing or stock problems we will inform you as soon as we become aware.
If this is the case you will have the option if you wish to accept other goods up to the same value or request a full refund.
Upon receipt of your order we advise you to inspect the goods and immediately report to us any problems or defects at this address.

Foxplay will not be liable under any agreement with you for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents acting on behave of Foxplay in circumstances where:
- There is no breach of the legal care of duty owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents.
- Any loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach.
- Any loss or damage results from a breach by you of any of these terms and conditions.
Foxplay is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses which occur as a result of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by us.
The benefit of any contract entered into with Foxplay is solely between you the person who placed the order and Foxplay, Only you the customer can enforce the contractual terms and conditions.
If any of the terms and conditions listed on our website is unenforceable this will not prevent the other terms and conditions listed on our website from being enforceable.
Relevant United Kingdom law will apply to any contracts between us and you the customer.
All terms and conditions listed on our website do not affect your consumer rights.
