Delivery
All of our products are shipped discreetly in plain brown packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service, this means goods will have to be signed for and will never be left on the door step or with a neighbour.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours, If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but normally it is much sooner.
If there is a manufacturing delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Redelivery Charges
If you fail to pick up an order from the local depot once the initial delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is shipped back to us we will charge a redelivery fee to re-dispatch the goods.
Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.
Parcel Force: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us.
Please note that additional fees will be charged for redelivering any goods.

Light weight goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure recorded delivery heavier goods are sent via Business Post International.

Additional Charges
Heavy item Delivery Charge Premium
If you have ordered heavy items that must be sent by courier we will display the additional cost on the product info page to advise you that this fee will be added to the order.
Remote Location Delivery Charges
Certain areas in the UK are difficult for postal services to reach and so may carry a higher postage charge, when this is the case we will inform you of the cost.
